1) Property & booking types
Pinakoti Lodge is a licensed tourist accommodation.
Depending on the season and availability, you can book:
- Individual rooms (hotel-style accommodation), or
- Exclusive use of the whole property for one private group (villa stay / retreat group), by prior arrangement.
2) Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: 17:00
- Check-out: 11:00
We offer flexible check-in and check-out when arranged in advance. Please tell us your preferred arrival/departure times and we will confirm the arrangement with your booking.
3) Maximum occupancy
- Maximum guests: 11
4) Payments
- A 30% advance payment is required to confirm and reserve the booking.
- The remaining balance is payable by the last day of the stay, by cash, bank transfer, or card.
5) Cancellations / no-shows
All cancellations must be made in writing (email).
Standard policy
- Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival: we refund any advance payment received.
- Within 21 days of arrival or in case of no-show: a cancellation charge may apply.
If no different terms have been agreed, the standard rule in the current accommodation regulation provides that when a reservation is not used (in whole or in part), the provider may claim compensation equal to 50% of the amount for the unused period, with any advance payment offset against that amount.
Non-refundable / special offers (if applicable)
In some cases we may offer a discounted, non-refundable rate that requires full prepayment and does not allow refunds in case of cancellation.
